This extensive project lasted six months from conception to completion, and involved the commissioning of four large sets of sculptures for four separate sites by Kenneth Tan and eighteen paintings by P. Gnanadickam at the Pinnacle building (Phase I). Working together with architects, contractors and landscape architects in Chennai, Kenneth was based there for several months to personally oversee the project. Located along Chennai's IT corridor, the International Tech Park, Chennai (ITPC) is an Ascendas IT Park with Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Co. (TIDCO).

A graduate in Economics from the University of York, Utterly Art's co-founder Kenneth Tan's design flair has nevertheless been put to good use in designing the fortnightly invitation cards of the gallery, as well as contributing sculpture designs for large commissioned projects secured by his art business. He has large built sculptures gracing locations in Chennai, Shanghai and Singapore.
